Tofutti Mozzarella: Everything we've bought with the Tofutti name on it has been excellent. The mozzarella cheese is no different. While it doesn't taste 100% llike real mozzarella it's still pretty good. It comes in wrapped slices so it's easy to handle. It's really good on Chili.

Vegan Rella Mozzarella-style We bought this cheese at the same time as the Tofutti brand so we got a good contrast. The taste is about the same, altho I think I prefer the Tofutti but the slimest of margins. This comes in a block so it's excellent for shredding. SoyMage Parmesian: Now this stuff is eerie! When you crack open the container (like you would real parmesian) you get a whiff of parmesian cheese. You double check the label and then you dump some out...some stuff that looks a whole lot like parmesian cheese. Then you taste it and it tastes a whole lot like parmesian cheese, only a little grittier. The whole experience will have you wondering if they were lying on the label or not...
