Honey Mustard:While mustard is not one of my favorites, add some honey to it and it races up the chart. Whether you're dipping something fried in it or marinating something for the grill, this stuff is really good. Never underestimate the power of honey.

Honey: Now, sans mustard, honey is about average. Sure, it's good on a biscuit but on it's own I don't have a whole lot of use for it. I consider honey more of an ingredient than a condiment but people still persist in handing out packets of the stuff like it was ketchup or something. People do strange things.

Ketchup:The king of condiments. Spelled Ketchup, never catsup, as some people think. Even when it's bad it's still pretty good. Hientz is the king hands down, remember that when shopping. It goes on almost anything and everything fried. The lone exception being chicken (which isn't vegan so shouldn't be an issue). I know some people who put it on everything and I do mean everything. These people are freaks, but you still gotta love 'em.

Mustard: Comes in many varieties. You have your basic yellow, spicy and horseradish, among other. Don't care for any of them much. I personally don't have much use for mustard, but I find it indespensible in many dishes. Sometimes it's difficult living with this dichotomy, but I get by, one day at a time.

Nayonaise: The only expierence I have with this one is in potato salad that Denise makes. I'm told that it tastes a lot like Miracle Whip, which I never got real excited about. I've never used Nayonaise on a sandwich or a burger so it gets rated on it's strength in potato salad alone.

Barbecue Sauce: Would life really be worth living without BBQ sauce? I think not! It sits along side Ketchup as Co-ruler of the Condiment Vegan universe. It goes everywhere Ketchup goes and then some. If you can't put ketchup on it (like the aforementioned fried chicken) you can sure as heck drown it in Bar-B-Que sauce and have a good ol' time.

Relish: Or as it is less commonly known, Pickle Relish. Either way it's just chopped up pickles, and it's never been a favorite of mine. It has it's place in potato and/or macaroni salad but I don't want it near my hot dog. I've often wondered, just which pickles they're chopping up and stuffing into a jar. You can bet they're not Vlassics.
