Ummmm fudge, you can't go wrong here. This is a creamy fudge, not the hard brittle kind, but I like this better anyway.

Ingredients

• 6 tbsp margarine
• 3½ cups confectioners' sugar
• ½ cup cocoa
• 1 tsp vanilla
• ¼ cup soy milk
• 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Lightly grease 5 X 9" pan

Place ingredients in a double boiler or a bowl over a pan of boiling water. Stir until smooth.

Pour quickly into pan. Chill thoroughly.
