This recipe was sent in by Natasha Stooksbury in Tennessee who says "My mom just called this meat and potato dish "hash". My husband and I eat it with a side of baked beans and corn. ( He mixes it all up and adds ketchup). This recipe makes a lot!". It's pretty good, give it a shot.
Ingredients
Fry potatoes, onion and celery in oil and season. When potatoes are nice and browned and tender add the "meat". Cook until warmed through.
