Potato Onion Stuff

There's not really that much to this recipe, but Denise really liked it. It's partially from an MacDougal recipe and partially from a dish that a former co-worker used to make.

Ingredients

Wash and cut up potatos. Boil until they're just about soft. Drain. Cut up onions. Now you're ready to go.

In a large frying pan. heat margarine 'till it starts to run. Add potatos and onions, stir so that there's a little margarine on everything. Add a dash or two of garlic powder and black pepper. Then add Colonel Lee....keep adding. This is what makes this really good. Stop when you think you've added too much then add a little more. Stir so that there's lotsa the Colonel on all the onion and potato. Cover and let simmer over low heat for a few mins. Then uncover and turn up the heat and fry it up. The potatos should be soft but not terribly mushy.

Serve and Enjoy!

PS For all you meat eaters this is GREAT with some keibalsa.
