Now who doesn't like potato salad? This is a staple for prettu much every cookout we have. Denise likes it and the meat eaters actually ask her to make it , it's that good.
Ingredients
Peel or scrub potatoes. Chop into bite sized pieces (about 1 inch). Boil until tender. Drain, immerse in cold water to cool and prevent potatoes from getting soft.
While potatoes are boiling, prepare dressing. Combine all ingredients. All apices are to taste, use more or less. Omit anything you don't like, add anything you think would taste good!
When potatoes are mostly cool, drain well and combine with dressing in a large bowl. Fold gently, unless you want mashed potato salad! Voila!
Transfer to a clean bowl and sprinkle with paprika to serve. Serve well chilled.
Note: You may not use all the dressing, depending on how much potato you have. Save any leftover as an awsome topping for a baked potato.
