Quick Pizza

We were hungry and didn't want to wait so Denise whipped these up and they were really really good. The best part is that they are small so you can customize them however you like.

Ingredients

Pre-heat oven to 400°

Take a couple pitas, place on cookie sheet. Spread sauce on them. Add the chopped onion and top with mozzarella.

Cook for 5 -7 minutes or until everyting is hot.

Slice and eat!

Note: Due to the small size of the pitas, you meat eaters can add meaty pieces to their pizzas if the want to. And, the vegans out there can add more veggies as well.
