This is something I threw together and it turned out really good. Plus it's ultra low fat so it's healthy as well! You may try adding some different veggies in there as well, as well as additonal spices. I used Badida(I think I spelled that right) Cajun Seasoning.
Ingredients
Prepare rice per directions on package, I added another 3/4 cup of water. About half way through the cooking add the onion and potatos. Liberally add cajun spice and a couple dashes of garlic powder.
Serve and Enjpy. Nothing to it.
