Low-Fat Scalloped Potatos

Our freinds made these for Denise for Christmas dinner and man were they tasty!! Great for holiday meals or anytime.


Ingredients

Peel and slice potatos thinly. In a saucepan, combine soy milk, flour, salt, garlic powder and cayenne pepper and cook over medium heat until sauce thickens. Add onions to sauce.

Layer casserole dish with half of potato slices. Spoon half of sauce over slices and repeat with remaining potatos and sauce.

Cover and bake in preheated oven at 350° for 65 minutes.
