Preperation:
Before cooking cut up vegetable however suits your individual tastes and talents. Open and drain Skallops and cut into smaller pieces
Cooking:
Following the direction on bag begin cook the rice and set aside. In a seperate, large frying pan or wok heat vegetable oil. Slowly add brocolli, carrots and onion. Stir-fry several minates untill onions are slightly brown and brocolli is a deep green. Then add Skallops and scallons. Mix. Add sprouts. Mix. Stir in 1-2 tablespoons stirfry sauce untill all veggies are evenly coated. Add rice and stir. Finally add 1-2 more tablespoons stir-fry sauce and mix untill rice is brown. Serve.
Serves 1-2 people with leftovers for 1.
