Potato Wedges

Just a brainstorm that came to me the other night. We haven't gotten the cooking time down quite right, but we're close. And since you're not using any oil they're healthy too.

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Dampen wedges and coat with the seasoning.

Speread wedges on a cookie sheet and bake for 30 or 40 mins (it might take longer I'm not really sure, keep an eye on these so you don't burn them.)

When done, eat! Pretty simple isn't it?
