Mix together nayonaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar, turmeric, dill and parsley. Chill.
Combine tofu crumbled w/ fork. Stir in onions and celery. Mix in dressing mixture, season to taste with salt and pepper and chill for several hours. Makes 4 servings.
