Drain and heat black beans in a small pot. Mix salsa with yeast in separate small container and heat in microwave (or on stovetop).
Arrange chips on a plate (or pasta dish) and top with beans, salsa/yeast mixture, chopped tomatoes, cilantro and onions.
This recipe is very forgiving and is open to adaptations. I must say, it is very delicious!! Hope you like it too! :-)
