Tabouli Burritos

Ingredients
- 1 cup bulghar wheat
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic,minced
- 1/2 cup scallions,diced
- 1/2 tsp. mint leaves
- 1/2 cup chick peas
- 1 1/2 cups green pepper,diced
- 1 cup parsley,minced
- black pepper to taste
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 1 large cucumber,sliced
- organic tortillas
soak the wheat for 15 minutes in 1 1/2 cups of boiling water.drain any
excess water if needed.in the order listed,add the remaining
ingredients.mix together and let chill. wrap in organic tortillas and top
with tomatoes and cucumber.
This is really good to eat as a salad too! enjoy!
