Review:We get the black beans (w/out sour cream topping) and a side of lettuce and tomatoes. The flour tortillas are free as are the chips and salsa. We have our own nachos! If you order drinks, it is about $5.00 for the two of us. I'm not sure if Tortuga is a national chain or not.
